Maryland Health Connection

Maryland Health Connection is the state's official health insurance marketplace for individuals and families to compare and enroll in health insurance and determine eligibility for Medicaid and other assistance programs, federal tax credits and cost-sharing reductions.

Crisis Warmline 1-410-768-5522

The "Community Warmline" can receive calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Non-emergency calls are handled by staff and will provide the caller with information, support and referrals. The Crisis Response System Staff intervene with callers who are experiencing a mental health emergency. Also, the Crisis Response System "Community Warmline" coordinates calls with the police, fire and community agencies that are requesting information on crisis matters.

Maryland 2-1-1

2-1-1 Maryland is partnership of four agencies working together to provide simple access to health and human services information. 2-1-1 is an easy to remember telephone number that connects people with important community services. Our specially trained call specialists answer calls 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Al-Anon Family Groups

Friends and families of problem drinkers find understanding 

and support at Al-Anon and Alateen meetings.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. Find a meeting near you.

Military OneSource

Service members, family members, surviving family members, service providers and leaders rely on Military OneSource for policy, procedures, timely articles, cutting-edge social media tools and support. All in one place, empowering our military community.

Consumer Credit Counseling Services

CCCS provides residents of Maryland with free debt counseling, and we offer debt advice and financial counseling free of charge. We also offer a debt management plan to qualified individuals.

Maryland Department of Human Resources

We are the state’s human services provider. We help vulnerable Marylanders buy healthy foods, pay energy bills, and obtain medical assistance. We also provide stable environments for at-risk children and adults.
